The waiting finally comes to an end. The hotel AMANO Covent Garden has opened its doors! The first international hotel of the Berlin-based hotel group AMANO brings the casual spirit of Berlin to the capital of Great Britain. The hotel features 141 rooms and is characterised by a unique and high-quality design, a feel-good atmosphere and exceptional F&B concepts. It becomes a cool new destination for Londoners and tourists to discover.

Berlin, May 2022. The new hotel in London's vibrant Covent Garden is the first international hotel of the AMANO Group, which currently operates eight hotels in Berlin, one in Munich and one in Düsseldorf. All AMANO hotels follow a standard concept: to offer their guests beautifully designed rooms in attractive city locations, and at a very fair price.
The new London hotel is a tribute to a city life and culture, with distinctive art and design features created by the London design studio Woods Bagot. The former 1980s office building Drury House is the home of the first of several AMANO hotels to be opened in the British capital.

The new AMANO Covent Garden hotel also has gastronomic aspirations to become one of the hotspots in the city, as it is typical for the AMANO Group. Guests can choose from a creative cocktail menu and indulge in snacks at the rooftop bar while enjoying an impressive panoramic views of London. In the evening, guests can head to the hotel's underground bar to enjoy exclusive cocktails and DJs will ensure the best mood on the weekends. 

The hotel is also home to Penelope's restaurant, a fusion of Israeli and Spanish cuisine. It was conceived by AMANO's culinary director, Ronen Dovrat Bloch. The restaurant opening is planned for autumn 2022.

The AMANO Covent Garden hotel is an ideal starting point for solo travellers, business travellers, couples as well as families who wish to explore London.
It is possible to choose from four room categories. These include Cosy, Comfy and Roomy, or for that extra special experience, a Goldy room, which comes with a free-standing gold bathtub and views of the Covent Garden area.
