The AMANO Group has positioned itself strongly in terms of human resources. In this way, the company aims to bring existing as well as new hotels and restaurant establishments further forward. Besides the desirable location of all hotels, the close connection to the "scene" has always been an important approach for the operators of the hotel group. "Characters who are well connected in the cities and have a knack for the special demands of our guests are essential for the success of our food establishments," says Ariel Schiff, operator of AMANO Hotels. The company supports you above all with trust and freedom, which is perfectly suitable for the development of restaurants.

About the AMANO Group
The AMANO Group is a Berlin-based hotel company that currently owns eleven hotels, including eight in Berlin, one in Düsseldorf, one in Munich and one in London. A hotel in Leipzig is under construction, and three more hotels are planned in Hamburg and Munich. Founded in 2009 by the Süsskind, Schiff and Rokeach families, the AMANO Group aims to design hotels that are integrated into the cultural life of the city. Therefore, all hotels follow the concept of offering sophisticated urban living in a central location at a fair price. This includes a unique interior design and a level of service that by far exceeds the three-star standard. Through trend-setting gastronomy concepts such as restaurants, bars and a club as well as several rooftop terraces, the AMANO Group creates a lively exchange between the city and the hotel.
