The Israeli restaurant 'HABEIT shel AMANO' is now opening at the first hotel of the AMANO Group, the AMANO Hotel. Under the culinary direction of the 'Head of Culinary', Ronen Dovrat Bloch, the restaurant serves authentic dishes of intense flavour inspired by the markets in the heart of Tel Aviv.

The AMANO GROUP owns ten hotels: eight in Berlin, one in Düsseldorf and one in Munich. Hotels Leipzig and London are currently under construction, and three more hotels in Hamburg and Munich are in the planning stage. In total, the Amano Group employs approximately 250 people. Despite each hotel’s own ingenuity, the group’s properties have a standard concept: guests enjoy a first-class urban living experience at a very fair price. All properties are located centrally in the most attractive and desirable neighbourhoods together with an interior that meets the highest demands. The interior entails top-quality materials, such as parquet flooring, tasteful design, and living comfort. With trend-setting gastronomy concepts such as restaurants, bars, a club and several rooftop terraces, the AMANO Group manages to create a lively exchange between the city and the hotel. Currently, the AMANO GROUP operates three restaurants, five bars, three rooftop terraces and one club.

1st of November 2021. - Today, the AMANO Group opens another restaurant, 'HABEIT shel AMANO'. - Translated from Hebrew into German, the name of the restaurant means 'At home in AMANO'. This refers to the location of the restaurant, which is in the group's very first hotel.

The current 'Head of Culinary' at the AMANO Group, Ronen Dovrat Bloch, takes over the culinary lead role at Habeit and he describes its cuisine as follows: "The cuisine at HABEIT is a comfort cuisine! Anyone who has ever visited Tel Aviv will rediscover the unforgettable flavours of the local cuisine in our restaurant. At the same, anyone who hasn't been to Tel Aviv yet will be taken on a culinary journey there. At HABEIT, we offer a simple cuisine with an intense aroma, as known from the market cuisine, and that will remind every Israeli of his or her mother's home-cooked meals."

The concept of the kitchen is family style. Served are mainly small and large starters, as well as less typical main dishes that can be placed in the middle of the table and shared. The restaurant will be open every Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 1am and on the weekends there will be a DJ to keep the mood upbeat. The restaurant's 95 seats are located on the ground floor of the hotel and are accessible through the lobby. The famous AMANO Bar is also located on the ground floor and it is the perfect place to continue a pleasant evening after visiting the HABEIT restaurant.
